Dante Larcade works closely with investors, developers, and local companies to maximize the value of their real estate holdings. By providing current market knowledge and local development news to his clients, Dante arms them with the information necessary to stay ahead of developing market trends and identify value-add opportunities. He specializes in retail and industrial assets in the GTA, with a focus on Toronto’s east end corridor.

Prior to joining Metropolitan Commercial Realty, Dante had been involved for 30 years in the management and disposition of hotels and restaurants. This experience provides him with unique insight into the many aspects of commercial real estate.

Dante hold a BA in Economic Science from the University of Assas-Paris 2, his international background and bilingualism allow him to also facilitate investments from French speaking investors into Canada.
