David De Courcy

David helped co-found Metropolitan Commercial Real Estate and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. David is responsible for new business development and is experienced in dealing with all asset classes.

Currently, David focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment and development properties in the Greater Toronto Area. Clients include REIT’s, foreign investors, financial institutions, residential condominium developers as well as joint venture partnerships.
